This Privacy Policy describes how Crestline ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use gocrestline.app. By using the platform you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: Name, email address, password, billing information, profile details, and any content you upload including match footage, photos, and messages.

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage data collected via cookies and similar technologies when you access the platform.

Payment information: Payment card details are collected and stored by Stripe, Inc. Crestline does not store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the platform, process payments and manage subscriptions, connect players with coaches, send transactional emails and service notifications, respond to support requests, detect and prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We may also use aggregated and anonymized data for analytics and product improvement.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your personal information for third-party advertising without your consent.

3. How We Share Your Information

Service providers: We share data with third-party vendors who help us operate the platform, including Stripe for payments, cloud hosting providers, and analytics services. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to perform services on our behalf.

Coaches and players: When you subscribe to a coach, your profile information and uploaded footage are shared with that coach to facilitate the coaching relationship. Coach profiles and public information are visible to all users browsing the marketplace.

Business transfers: If Crestline is acquired or merges with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Crestline and its users.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings but some features of the platform may not function correctly as a result. We use the Meta Pixel and similar advertising tools to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 90 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes such as tax records or dispute resolution.

6. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data. You use the platform at your own risk and should only access it through a secure connection.

7. Children's Privacy

The platform is not directed at users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we learn that a user under 18 has created an account, we will deactivate it and delete their information promptly. 8. Your Rights and Choices

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We will still send you transactional messages necessary to operate your account.

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA including the right to know what personal data we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal data. 9. Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
